Holiday Schedule
The Clark County Recorder's Office will be closed on the following legal holidays.
In accordance with NRS 236.015, the following are declared legal County holidays:
*Holidays that fall on a Saturday will be observed on the previous Friday.
**Holidays that fall on a Sunday will be observed on the following Monday.
Note: Fridays and the day before a holiday are extremely busy. Month-end is the busiest day of all, especially when it falls on a Friday. Checking our Recording Requirements page before you come in may help expedite the recordation process.
