Order Copies By Mail

Anyone may purchase a copy of any document (official record) that has been recorded at the Clark County Recorder's Office.

Ordering via mail:

• Download and print the Official Records Copy Order Form
• Complete the order form with the appropriate information
• Mail the completed order form and appropriate fees to the Clark County Recorder's Office

To complete the order form, you will need to know:

• The document book and instrument number
• The number of document pages
• Name(s) of party(ies) on the document, if applicable

If you do not have the necessary document information, you may:

Personal checks and foreign money orders or cashier's checks are not accepted.

• Cashier's check payable in US dollars from a US bank or institution
