Order Copies In Person

Anyone may purchase a copy of any document (official record) that has been recorded at the Clark County Recorder's Office.

Order In Person

When ordering in person, it is helpful and more expedient to know:

• The document book and instrument number
• The number of document pages
• Name(s) of party(ies) on the document, if applicable

If you do not have the necessary document information, you may:

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Personal checks and foreign money orders or cashier's checks are not accepted.

• Credit or debit cards (each transaction is charged a processing fee of 2% of the transaction total plus $1.25)
• Cash
• Money order payable in US Dollars from a US Bank or institution
• Cashier's check payable in US dollars from a US bank or institution
• Company checks
