SID Payment Options

By Mail

Checks for Special Assessment payments should be made payable to Clark County Treasurer-SID. To ensure timely and accurate posting, please write your parcel number(s) and SID number on the check. Payments made by check must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank account.

Online Bill Pay

To utilize this service through your financial institution, add the Clark County Treasurer-SID to your list of payees.

In Person

You may pay in person at 500 S Grand Central Pkwy Las Vegas, NV 89106 (1st floor behind the security desk). We are open 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday (except for holidays). We only accept cash, checks, and debit cards. There is no fee for these payment methods when paying in person.

Payments must be received by the due date to avoid penalty

Delinquent assessment installments are subject to a 2% penalty per month on the unpaid balance plus accrued interest. Failure to pay any installment (due) shall cause the whole amount of the unpaid principal to become due and payable immediately with an option to also begin foreclosure proceedings.
The assessment can be paid in full at anytime with a three percent (3%) prepayment penalty on the unpaid balance
