Clark County Commission Chairman Michael Naft and Get Outdoors Nevada invite residents to the Echo Trail Park Day of Play on Saturday, April 4, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Echo Trail Park, located at 5655 Buffalo Dr. The free, family-friendly event will feature carnival games, complimentary food, a DJ, and a community park cleanup.

Residents who want to participate in the park cleanup can register in advance at volunteer.getoutdoorsnevada.org. All other park activities are open to the public with no registration required.

“Echo Trail Park has quickly become a beloved gathering space for the neighborhood,” said Commissioner Naft. “We’re thrilled to once again bring the community together to enjoy a day at this beautiful park. Last year, nearly 500 neighbors showed up to celebrate, and our incredible park clean-up volunteers collected 620 pounds of debris – that’s the kind of community pride that makes Clark County special.”

Echo Trail Park opened in 2022 and serves the surrounding neighborhoods near Buffalo Drive and Russell Road. The park features a tennis court, playground, splash pad, and walking trail. Clark County recently announced plans to add a community center, which is estimated to open in 2028.

Representatives from Clark County's Real Property Management and Parks and Recreation Departments will be on-site at the event to share information about future programming at the planned community center.

The park cleanup is organized in partnership with Get Outdoors Nevada, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting Nevadans with the outdoors through volunteerism and stewardship.
