Clark County Commissioner April Becker will host a special ceremony at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 9 a.m. to honor Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month. The iconic landmark will be illuminated in blue to recognize the contributions of Grant a Gift Autism Foundation – Ackerman Center and raise awareness of autism spectrum disorder in our community.
“Each April, Clark County has the honor of shining a light — quite literally — on a cause that touches so many of our families across Southern Nevada.” said Commissioner Becker. “By illuminating this iconic landmark in blue, we reaffirm our community’s commitment to understanding, acceptance and support for every individual on the autism spectrum and the loved ones who champion them every day.”
