Motorists should be prepared for overnight closures of the Clark County 215 Beltway (CC-215) between Far Hills Avenue and Summerlin Parkway for work occurring nightly, Wednesday through Friday this week. These closures are needed as part of the CC-215/Summerlin Parkway Interchange Project while crews perform bridge work on Summerlin Parkway that would be unsafe to complete over live traffic.

Northbound Closure: Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 25

During this time, all mainline lanes on CC-215 northbound will be closed between Far Hills Avenue and Summerlin Parkway. Northbound traffic will be detoured to the Summerlin Parkway offramp and then back onto the CC-215 mainline north of the Summerlin Parkway interchange.

Southbound Lane Reductions: Thursday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26

During this time, CC-215 southbound will be reduced to one lane at Summerlin Parkway. The Summerlin Parkway on-ramp to CC-215 southbound will be closed. Traffic will be detoured from Summerlin Parkway to southbound Anasazi Drive and will access CC-215 southbound from westbound Far Hills Ave.

Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling through work zones and take alternate routes when possible. Due to the fluid nature of roadwork, the public is reminded that construction schedules and travel impacts can change on short notice, and they are advised to check navigation apps such as Waze, Google Maps or Apple Maps for real-time information.

The $130 million CC-215/Summerlin Parkway Interchange project includes the reconfiguration of interchange ramps, construction of a new flyover ramp from southbound CC-215 to eastbound Summerlin Parkway, new bridges, widening of the existing Summerlin Parkway bridge, and three new trail bridges to expand the City of Las Vegas Trail across CC-215. Project details and updates, including a schedule of upcoming lane restrictions, can be found on the project website at CC215SummerlinParkwayInterchange.com.
