Clark County’s Office of Public Art will announce the launch of “Light Lane,” a seasonal, interactive art installation by LeMonde Studio, coming to Downtown Summerlin, 1980 Festival Plaza Drive between the Regal Downtown Summerlin and Dave and Busters, on December 4 at 2 p.m. This innovative exhibit is designed to promote bike safety while showcasing eco-friendly public art and will be on display from November 15 through January 1, 2026.

Light Lane is the newest activation in the Clark County Public Art's Temporary Play Art initiative, a 52-week traveling program that brings engaging, high-quality public art to communities across the county.

"We're always looking for creative ways to energize our public spaces, and 'Light Lane' is a brilliant addition to District F and the vibrant Downtown Summerlin environment,” said commissioner Justin Jones. “It’s more than just art—it’s an experience. Seeing families power up this dazzling light show with their own energy is a perfect symbol of how we can combine fun, innovation, and community engagement. This is exactly the kind of forward-thinking, interactive project that makes our county such a dynamic place to live and visit."

Recycled Propaganda, the moniker of a local artist Izaac Zevalking, creates the projections. Known for his thought-provoking and visually stunning work, Zevalking creates original digital imagery that appears in mediums ranging from large-scale murals to sticker packs. His art encourages critical thinking and has earned multiple honors, including the “Best of Awar” for street art and the “Mayor’s Urban Design Award” for mural projects during the 2020 lockdown. Continuing to broaden his reach, Recycled Propaganda aims to inspire meaningful change on a global scale.

Light Lane will be available for viewing and interaction daily at Downtown Summerlin through January 1, 2026.
