Clark County Goes All-In for National Drive Electric Month
Nationwide celebration of electric vehicles is Sept. 12 to Oct. 12.

Clark County’s Office of Sustainability is going All-In for National Drive Electric Month with electric vehicle ride-and-drive events, free webinars, a DTLV bicycle ride with RTC of Southern Nevada and a drive-in movie night for the whole family!

National Drive Electric Month is Sept. 12 to Oct. 12., a nationwide celebration to raise awareness of the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid cars, trucks, motorcycles and more. Clark County’s Office of Sustainability—administrators of the All-In Clark County sustainability initiative—will spend the month sharing the benefits of electrification, from driving EVs and hybrids to switching from gas to electric at home and more.

“This year, we’re going beyond electric vehicles to explore additional ways to electrify, including e-bikes, home appliances, landscaping equipment and more,” said Robert Burgy, manager of Clark County’s climate and sustainability program. “With bike rides and drive-in movies, we’re really leaning into making National Drive Electric Month fun for the whole family, too.”
