Fire Station 18 to Host Free COVID-19 Walk-In Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday Mornings

The Clark County Fire Department is hosting a free, walk-in COVID-19 #GetVaxxedNV vaccination clinic on Wednesdays, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., starting June 30 at Fire Station 18, 575 E. Flamingo Road, just east of Paradise Road.

The clinic will offer free COVID-19 shots on Wednesday mornings in partnership with the Southern Nevada Health District. No appointments are needed. All three COVID vaccines approved for use in the United States – the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, requiring two doses for maximum protection, and Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen one-shot vaccine will be available.

“I want to thank the Clark County Fire Department and the Southern Nevada Health District for their ongoing efforts to make COVID-19 vaccinations available to our residents in easy and convenient locations,” said Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson, whose commission district includes Station 18. “Station 18 is located in the heart of the Las Vegas Valley, and I encourage anyone who has not yet been vaccinated to stop by the station on an upcoming Wednesday morning to get your shot.”

The clinic is being supported by Station 18 firefighters and paramedics and Health District staff. It will be located in a first-floor conference room near the main lobby. Flyers are available in English and Spanish.
