Information About Ballot Questions Heading to Voters

Sept. 22, 2022 - The Clark County Election Department is sending information about the ballot questions on the fall general election ballot to voters this week.

The mail pieces, which voters should expect to receive within the next week or so, include explanations of the ballot questions and the arguments for and against each question. The mailer is going to all 1.29 million active registered voters in Clark County.

The general election ballot will include three statewide ballot questions that seek amendments to the state constitution. Boulder City voters will see an additional three questions, and voters in Henderson will have one additional question.

Early voting for the general election is from Oct. 22 through Nov. 4, and Election Day is Nov. 8. Additional information about the general election is available through the Election Department main webpage at www.ClarkCountyNV.gov/vote.
