Clark County Social Service (CCSS) is dedicated to providing comprehensive HIV assistance to residents through the Office of HIV and Project Home. Our commitment revolves around realizing the vision of a future free from HIV and AIDS, employing best practices in program delivery, treatment, care, and support services. This commitment is bolstered by initiatives such as the Ryan White Part A, Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE), and the Project Home grant-funded programs.
The CCSS Office of HIV receives funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. This program allocates grants to states, cities/counties, and local community-based organizations to deliver care and treatment services to individuals living with HIV. The CCSS Ryan White Part A program funds community providers who deliver services to residents living with HIV.

Eligibility
To be eligible for Ryan White Part A services in the Las Vegas TGA, the following requirements must be met:
- Proof of Diagnosis – verifiable documentation of HIV status
- Proof of Residence – verifiable documentation stating individual resides in one of the following counties
Clark County, Nevada
Nye County, Nevada
Mohave County, Arizona
- Proof of Income – must have an gross income at or below 400% of the most current Federal Poverty Level (FPL) guidelines.

Project HOME offers services to Clark County young adults who are HIV positive. Project HOME stands for Health Outcomes and Medical Education, and our purpose is to work with you on understanding the importance of HIV medical adherence and why that matters for you to be healthy and successful. Medical adherence includes starting HIV treatment, keeping all medical appointments, and taking HIV medicines every day and exactly as prescribed (also called medication adherence). For young adults with HIV, treatment adherence is key to staying healthy.

Eligibility
To qualify for Project HOME services, you need to have a positive HIV diagnosis and be between 18 and 25 years of age. The Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Initiative and Ryan White program legislation make up the guidelines for Project HOME. Our goal is to assist you in making the transition from youth services to adult services including economic self-sufficiency.
