Privacy Policy

Privacy is a key component to the future of AI. Clark County Social Service (“Social Service”) has partnered with the AI Media Lab to bring this digital creation of AI Assistant Wilma Clark to life. The entire experience is anonymous, and your data is not connected to you in any personally identifiable way. When you enable audio recording when first starting the application, it will begin to record via your built-in microphone and will be displayed as such. If you do not enable your microphone, AI Assistant Wilma Clark will not be able to hear you. However, you can use the chat function to send messages to her to communicate instead of speaking directly to her.

Social Service takes your privacy seriously and complies with all applicable privacy laws. At the same time, Social Service is committed to providing access to public information as required by law. This statement and the Social Service Privacy Policy hyperlinked below (collectively, the “Privacy Policy”) addresses collection, use and protection of the information that may be obtained through use of our website. The information presented in this Privacy Policy: (1) is not meant to be a contract of any type, either express or implied, and should not be treated as such by site visitors; and (2) may change at any time, without prior notice to any visitor. This Privacy Policy does not describe information collection policies on other sites, including those linked to or from Clark County.

You can find more information regarding Social Service privacy practices and information usage on the Social Service Privacy Policy.
