About LEAPS
LEAPS is here to support not only landlords and property owners, but also agencies and case managers working to connect clients with stable housing. Through our housing platform and community partnerships, case managers can more easily identify appropriate housing opportunities, coordinate with property providers, and help streamline the housing process for clients.
Our team also provides ongoing support and collaboration throughout tenancy, allowing case managers to focus on delivering personalized services and improving housing outcomes for the individuals and families they serve.
Property Service Requests
Initial & Annual Inspections
LEAPS has trained and certified Housing Navigators available to conduct initial and annual inspections for all CCSS-funded programs and select HUD-funded programs. Please reach out to our team with questions regarding which inspections we are currently able to complete for your program.
We can also provide guidance and training to case management teams on how to complete inspections for programs outside of those currently approved for LEAPS inspection services.

Rent Reasonableness
A Rent Reasonableness analysis helps ensure rental rates are fair and comparable to similar units based on size, location, age, and amenities. This process also confirms that program participants are not being charged more than non-program tenants for comparable units.

Need assistance locating a unit that fits your client’s needs? LEAPS offers housing search support to providers participating in CoC, OH!, and CCSS-funded programs to help connect clients with available housing opportunities.

Maintenance Concerns
Are you experiencing ongoing maintenance concerns or having difficulty getting maintenance issues addressed at a property? LEAPS may be able to assist by helping coordinate communication and working alongside providers, property management teams, and case managers to support resolution efforts for unresolved concerns.
