Application

You’re welcome to complete the pre-application at any time. To help you decide whether to proceed now, please note the income range for the homes in our first phase of development.

The first set of 10 homes are designated for households with incomes above 80% and up to 100% of Area Median Income (AMI), based on household size. Click here to see if your household income falls within this range.

We also have additional homes planned for households in the 60%–80% AMI range, with development beginning soon. We encourage you to check back regularly for updates, as more homes for a variety of income levels will be available.

You must complete all eligibility steps prior to completing the pre-application and begin the homebuying process!

Application

Applications will open as homes become available for sale. Once your intake is approved, you will be notified each time an application opens for an eligible home. If approved, you do not have to apply again but will be required to update application.

In the meantime, review and complete all eligibility steps to get yourself ready.
