Projects

• The Welcome Home CLT will begin with Rebecca Place a 30-lot single family home development in the City of Las Vegas, offered to qualifying households up to 100% of Area Median Income (AMI).
• The second Welcome Home CLT development will be Cactus Trails, to be built on land secured from the Bureau of Land Management for approximately 210 homes for homebuyers up to 80% AMI.

** Please note that our current projects require a minimum household size of two people. A household is defined as all permanent members who will be living together at the same address.
