Orientation

The Orientation is an informational meeting to learn about the Welcome Home CLT and if it is a good fit for you and your family. This meeting will cover the following:

• What CLT is and how the program works
• The Ground Lease and resale restriction
• The CLT homebuying process

** Please note that our current projects require a minimum household size of two people. A household is defined as all permanent members who will be living together at the same address.

Please register and attend a free one-hour session.

• In-person sessions are capped at 30 people. You will be placed in a session based on availability and your preference. You must be in the room 10 minutes prior to session starting. In-person sessions are located at the Clark County Government Center.
