Are you a resident of Clark County?
The Welcome Home CLT defines resident as someone who lives or works in Clark County. Additionally, a preference will be granted after the lottery to residents who have lived in Clark County up-to three (3) years.
Are you a first time Homeowner?
The Welcome Home CLT defines first time homeowner as someone who has not owned a home in the last five (5) years.
Do you have a steady source of income and is your household's annual income less than the max income and more than the min allowed by the CLT?
CLT homes are available to households of two or more, that earn less than 80% or 100% Area Median Income (AMI) in Clark County. This is determined by adding up the incomes of all household members.
Household size includes all individuals living in a CLT home for at least 10 months a year. Actual income calculations will be conducted upon full application submission.

Have you had a foreclosure in the last five (5) years ?
Do you have a credit score of at least 640?
To purchase a CLT home, you need to qualify for a mortgage from one of our approved lenders. The current minimum credit score is 640. If yours is below that, don’t worry you can work on this with a Housing Counseling agency!
Do you have savings for a downpayment?
CLT homes require at least a 5% downpayment. While you can utilize down payment assistance, 3% of your downpayment must come from your own savings or a gift. If you don’t, don’t worry you can work on this with a Housing Counseling agency.
