She has been a true blessing sent from God from the first day we met her. She has helped my son and I, in so many ways. Especially with his absenteeism improving, grades have elevated, and his emotional stability is a lot better. She has provided him with the necessary tools to strengthen him with getting to school on time, with city bus passes. She has sent toiletries and food to make sure his well-being was supported. Clothing that has certainly improved his wardrobe especially for church. She has also been there for me when I needed to vent. When times seemed to be overwhelming, she listened without prejudice. Instead, she was really attentive and always giving me solutions and checking up on us to make sure we were okay. Offering her assistance in any way possible, and always pushing herself to make deadlines, that would benefit my son and me.
I must say, she is really dedicated to her job, and it shows inside and out. Always doing her best to find a solution for any problems or concerns I presented her with. She has supported him with one-on-one talks and told him “She believed in him”. I could have not asked for a better caseworker. With her great efforts in supporting Ezekiel, I now tell him more often that “believe in him too”!
Without a doubt, this definitely was a season to remember, and I can truly say he is doing so much better; and is now off to a great start, in his freshman year at Durango High school. I’m truly grateful for her goodness and all she has done.
