"This youth was having a hard time coping with her parents’ divorce and was reluctant to talk with them about her feelings. Through TPOP, she and her family explored therapy and mentorship options and agreed to referrals to FASTT and YAP. She is now thriving, actively participating in both services, and getting the support she needs."

"A youth needed additional support in Math and English, but their school did not offer after-school tutoring, and the family had limited transportation since the two adults share one vehicle for work. TPOP coordinated One-on-One in-home tutoring, providing convenient, personalized support and helping the youth succeed academically."

"A high school senior was significantly behind on credits after becoming a teen father. TPOP worked with him and his parent to create a clear, understandable service plan. At his request, we connected him with educational options that allowed him to work during the day and complete school in the evening, while also providing healthcare, diapers, wipes, and a crib to ensure a safe environment for his baby. With this support, he successfully graduated with his class and is now better equipped to support his young family."

"During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, a family relocated to Las Vegas with a student who had several genetic disorders but no IEP in place. TPOP worked closely with the family to schedule school meetings, obtain necessary medical records from their previous state, and develop an IEP with the Elementary School, including curb-to-curb transportation. We also identified local providers to ensure the student had access to ongoing physical and occupational therapy, supporting both education and health needs."
