TPOP Truancy Referral Form

The Truancy Prevention Outreach Program (TPOP) is a tier 2 program that supports students with 7 or more unexcused absences. By working with students, families, and community partners, TPOP identifies challenges causing chronic absenteeism, provides resources, and addresses barriers to regular school attendance. The goal is to prevent absences from accumulating and help students stay on track socially and academically.

El Programa de la Prevención de la Ausencia Escolar (TPOP) es un programa por de nivel 2 que apoya a los estudiantes con 7 o más ausencias injustificadas. Trabajando con estudiantes, familias y socios comunitarios, TPOP identifica los desafíos que causan ausentismo crónico, brinda recursos y aborda las barreras para la asistencia regular a la escuela. El objetivo es evitar que las ausencias se acumulen y ayudar a los estudiantes a mantenerse al día académica y socialmente.
