Building
Effective October 16, 2023, all new building permit applications will be required to demonstrate compliance with the 2021 IECC.

Effective February 4, 2019, the Clark County Building Department adopted the 2018 International Building Codes. All permit applications (except standard plans) filed from this date forward must adhere to the 2018 Building Codes. Below are local amendments to the adopted codes.

Fire
On January 22, 2019 the Board of Clark County Commissioners approved an Ordinance which adopted the 2018 International Fire Code with local amendments for Clark County and adopting a new fee schedule.  The new code is effective as of February 6, 2019. The new ordinance is available here.
