Beginning Monday, June 2, 2025, we will no longer require or accept hard copy plans and documents with the formal submittal of applications, except for those that require a wet signature. Not only will this align with the Clark County’s sustainability initiatives, it will make the process faster and less cumbersome for customers and our staff.

Please note this is Phase 1 of a planned two phase project for paperless submittals.

During this first phase, Application Pre-Review (APR) appointments will still require hard copies, unless the appointment is virtual. Hard copies of the plans and documents listed on the Meeting Information Sheet are still required for Town Advisory Board, Citizens Advisory Council, Planning Commission, and County Commission meetings.
