Title 30

Title 30 is the Clark County Code related to land use, zoning and development. Below is the reference version of Title 30. This is not the codified version, which is maintained by the County Clerk.

The current Title 30 will stay as the codified version displayed at muni.com. The codified version may not reflect the most updated ordinances adopted by the County as there is a delay in processing codified ordinances. You can find all approved ordinances from the last muni code update by visiting the County Clerk’s page.

In January 2020, Clark County launched a major effort—called Transform Clark County—to establish a cohesive, county-wide vision for the future and a defined strategy to achieve that vision. The effort included a complete rewrite of Clark County’s key policy and regulatory documents—the Master Plan and Development Code (Title 30). The updated Master Plan was adopted in November 2021 and the Development Code was adopted in January 2024.
