Please note that all offenders (Bad Check Issuers) are charged fees ranging from $25.00 up to 10% PER CHECK as provided in the Nevada Revised Statutes. If you accept payment(s) directly from the offenders, YOU MUST FORWARD ALL PAYMENTS to our office as soon as possible; OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for paying all the Statutory provided fees.
Additionally, our office requires all payments to come through our accounting department once we have initiated enforcement procedures.
