ENFORCING A CHILD SUPPORT ORDER

The District Attorney Family Support Division (DAFS) enforces support obligations in accordance with State and Federal guidelines. Depending on the circumstances of each case, we may use various enforcement tactics to ensure compliance with child support orders and collect outstanding arrears.
