Active Title V Permits

Title V permits are legally enforceable documents the Department of Air Quality issues to air pollution sources after the source has begun to operate. These permits are often called Part 70 permits because the regulations that establish minimum standards for the State and local permit programs are found in the Code of Federal Regulations at 40 CFR part 70. Those stationary sources operating in Clark County under the jurisdiction of the department have been issued the following Title V permits:
