AQR Section 130: VOC Emissions Control for Architectural & Industrial Maintenance (AIM) Coatings

This rule applies to any person who supplies, sells, offers for sale, or manufactures any AIM coating, and any person who applies or solicits the application of any AIM coating in Clark County, Nevada.

AQR Section 107: VOC Emissions Control for Cutback Asphalt Manufacturing and Use

This rule applies to owners and operators that manufacture, sell, mix, store or use cutback asphalt and/or emulsified asphalt when the potential to emit VOCs from such asphalt operations is equal to or greater than 3 tons per calendar year from all worksites.

AQR Section 105: VOC Emissions Control for Metal Solvent Degreaser Operations

This rule applies to owners and operators of metal solvent degreasers with a potential to emit 3 or more tons of VOCs per calendar year from all metal solvent degreaser operations. It also applies to manufacturers and suppliers of clean material used in metal solvent degreasers.

AQR Section 102: Gasoline Dispensing Facilities (GDFs)

This rule applies to owners or operators of each GDF located in Hydrographic Area 212 (Las Vegas Valley); in any other hydrographic area designated as moderate or higher nonattainment for the ozone air quality standard; or in any other hydrographic area that becomes subject to an ozone maintenance plan.

AQR Section 106: VOC Emissions Control for Offset Lithographic, Letterpress, and Flexible Package Printing and Other Graphic Arts Operations

This rule applies to owners and operators of graphic art operations, and manufacturers and suppliers of graphic arts material used by graphic art operations.

AQR Section 101: VOC Emissions Control for Industrial Adhesives Operations

This rule applies to owners and operators of industrial adhesive operations with a potential to emit 3 or more tons of VOCs per calendar year. It also applies to manufacturers and suppliers of industrial adhesive materials.

AQR Section 104: VOC Emissions Control for Industrial Cleaning Solvent Operations

This rule applies to owners and operators of industrial cleaning solvent operations with a potential to emit 3 or more tons of VOCs per calendar year. It also applies to manufacturers and suppliers of industrial cleaning solvents used in industrial cleaning solvent operations.

AQR Section 103: VOC Emissions Control for Miscellaneous Metal or Plastic Parts Coating Operations

This rule applies to owners and operators of miscellaneous metal or plastic parts coating operations with a potential to emit 3 or more tons of VOCs per calendar year. It also applies to manufacturers and suppliers of VOC-containing material used by miscellaneous metal or plastic part coating operations.
