Not every form can be found online! Some forms can only be found in books. The Comprehensive Forms Index contains a listing of forms found online as well as sample forms found at the Clark County Law Library.

If you do not find a form suitable for your needs on the Internet, you may have to create a form using a sample, an outline or instructions from a variety of resources, which are available in the library.

The Clark County Law Library has created a Blank Pleading Paper using the Instructions for Preparing Documents for Filing with the Eighth Judicial District Court. The Eighth District Court Document Codes, the Clark County District Court Filing Fees, the Las Vegas Justice Court Filing Fees, and the Nevada Supreme Court Filing Fees are available online.
