Land Use Approval – Public Works Review

Comprehensive Planning Application Pre-Review (APR) submittals require approval from Public Works – Development Review. For information on creating an APR, please visit Comprehensive Planning’s website or contact Comprehensive Planning at 702-455-4314 or zoning@clarkcountynv.gov.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS – DEVELOPMENT REVIEW LAND USE APPROVAL:

• Send email to PWLanduse@ClarkCountyNV.gov no later than 2 weeks before your 1^st appointment with Planning (if not sooner).
• Attach all required documents in PDF format based on the table below.
• Please note that if all required documents are not provided, it will be considered an incomplete submittal.
