Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom is hosting a town hall for those interested in owning a home to learn more about the Clark County Welcome Home Community Land Trust. The town hall is Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at the East Las Vegas Library (2851 E. Bonanza Rd). The Spanish workshop is from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and the English workshop is from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Free food is available while supplies last.

“For so many, the path to owning a home can seem out of reach or daunting but through the Clark County Welcome Home Community Land Trust, being a homeowner is attainable,” said Commissioner Segerblom. “I hope everyone who is curious about this program comes to learn about eligibility, the application process, and the steps they can take to begin their journey toward owning a home.”

Whether someone is just starting to explore homeownership or ready to take the next step, this event is designed to connect potential homeowners with the resources they need.
