Clark County Commissioner William McCurdy II invites families to the annual Halloween Safe Night on Friday, October 31, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the Pearson Community Center, 1625 W. Carey Ave.
The free, family-friendly event offers a secure alternative to traditional trick-or-treating, featuring trunk-or-treating, costume contests for all ages, games, crafts, and complimentary food while supplies last. The event provides a secure and festive environment for children to celebrate the holiday with their families and neighbors.
“Creating safe, engaging events for our community is a top priority,” said Commissioner McCurdy II. “Halloween Safe Night brings families together in a protected environment where children can enjoy all the fun of Halloween while parents have peace of mind. I encourage everyone to join us for an evening of community spirit and celebration.”
Partners include Las Vegas Councilwoman Shondra Armstrong Summers, Clark County Parks and Recreation, Las Vegas Metro Police Department – Bolden Area Command, Pearson Community Center staff, Volunteers in Police Service, and Health Plan of Nevada (a UnitedHealthcare company).
