Welcome to LEAPS — Landlord Engagement and Property Services, a program within Clark County Social Service dedicated to building strong partnerships between landlords, property owners, case managers, and the community. Our mission is to expand access to safe, affordable, and quality housing opportunities for vulnerable individuals and families throughout Clark County.

Through collaboration, outreach, and ongoing support, LEAPS works alongside property partners, housing providers, and case management teams to help create successful housing placements and long-term housing stability. We are committed to equipping both landlords and case managers with the tools, resources, and support needed to foster effective partnerships and improve housing outcomes for the individuals and families we collectively serve.
