Welcome to LEAPS

Landlord Engagement and Property Services (LEAPS) is a unit within Clark County Social Service’s Housing Stability Services division. LEAPS is not a housing or rental assistance program. Instead, our team supports housing programs and services administered by Clark County Social Service by building strong partnerships between landlords, property owners, case managers, and the community.

Our mission is to expand access to safe, stable, and affordable housing opportunities for vulnerable individuals and families throughout Clark County. Through collaboration, outreach, and ongoing support, LEAPS works alongside housing partners and case management teams to help create successful housing placements and promote long-term housing stability.

We are committed to equipping landlords and case managers with the tools, resources, and support needed to build effective partnerships and support successful housing outcomes for the individuals and families we collectively serve.
