APPLY FOR A SIDEWALK VENDOR BUSINESS LICENSE
Beginning Tuesday, April 30, 2024, Clark County will start accepting business license applications for sidewalk vending. You will be able to either apply online or schedule an in-person appointment.

2nd SIDEWALK VENDOR WORKSHOP on MAY 9, 2024
Clark County Business License will be hosting a workshop on Sidewalk Vending requirements in unincorporated Clark County. The workshop will provide a step-by-step process on how to apply for a Sidewalk Vendors business license. Clark County Business License staff will be available during the workshop to explain the application process, licensing requirements, rules, and regulations.
The workshop will be held at:

500 S. Grand Central Parkway, 1st floor,
Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

SIDEWALK VENDOR WORKSHOP on APRIL 25, 2024
On April 16, 2024, Clark County adopted an ordinance to provide a pathway to licensure for sidewalk vendors. The ordinance will become effective on April 30, 2024. To view the workshop, click on the video below:

TALLER PARA VENDEDORES EN ACERAS el 25 de ABRIL de 2024
El 16 de abril de 2024, el Condado Clark adoptó una ordenanza para proporcionar un camino hacia la licencia para los vendedores ambulantes. La ordenanza entrará en vigor el 30 de abril de 2024.
