New Notification to Billboard Licensees Regarding Marijuana Advertisements
Please be advised that Marijuana licensees require approval from the Clark County Department of Business License for all advertising except for those mentioned in Clark County Code 8.65.190.  Click here for more details.

New Notification to All Driver - Independent Contractors

Effective May 1, 2019, fees for new applicants will include a non-refundable application fee of $45.00, in addition to the regular $25.00 license fee.  The $25.00 license fee is renewable annually.

Notification to Supper Club Licensees
The Incidental Activity Permit Form is used by supper clubs to request live entertainment at the establishment.  Per Clark County Code, a supper club must first obtain a permit prior to offering any live entertainment, which includes, but is not limited to, the performance of acts, music, speech, dance, acrobatics, disc jockeys, karaoke, or display.  Read the notification letter for more information.

Retail Marijuana Establishment Applications
The Department is accepting applications for retail marijuana establishments.  Retail marijuana establishments include Retail Marijuana Stores, Cultivation and Production Facilities, Marijuana Testing Facilities and Marijuana Distributors.  Applicants for Retail Marijuana Stores, Cultivation and Production Facilities and Marijuana Testing Facilities must have one of the following: (1) a valid Registration Certificate from the State of Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Division of Public and Behavioral Health (except medical marijuana laboratories); (2) a valid State of Nevada Import/Wholesale liquor license; or (3) Businesses currently licensed for the transportation of medical marijuana and whose employees hold valid agent cards pursuant to NRS 453A.332.
