Clark County Sports and Special Events (SSE), serves as the liaison for event coordination within the unincorporated Clark County. SSE is dedicated to receiving and handling complaints, fielding questions, and facilitating seamless communication between event organizers and other county agencies.
SSE collaborates with event organizers to assess necessary county resources, such as traffic control, public safety, and site management, ensuring that events comply with local regulations.
SSE is responsible for maintaining an events calendar, advising the Board on special event applications, and offering long-term planning recommendations to support effective event management in the county.
It is the aim of SSE to foster a vibrant and dynamic community by supporting a diverse range of special events and sports initiatives that enhance local culture, promote economic growth, and deliver exceptional experiences for residents and visitors alike.
