DA Family Support (DAFS), DA Victim Witness Assistance Center (VWAC), DA Bad Check Unit (BCU), 

Effective November 24, 2020, the lobby for the above units will be closed to the public for in-person services until further notice.  All units are still operating during normal business hours, with alternate contact options.

DAFS services are still available via phone, web and mail.  For complete information, visit their page here.

VWAC services are still available via email and telephone.  If you have a question, or need assistance as a victim or witness in a case, please call 702-671-2525, or email DAInfo@ClarkCountyDA.com.

BCU staff is available to answer questions, receive and process mailed payments, and assist with wire transfers.  BCU can be reached at 702-671-4701.  For information on making payments, visit their page here.

If you are planning to visit one of our offices in-person, PLEASE NOTE that in order to protect the public, staff and attorneys who normally do business with us, and in compliance with COVID-19 mandates from the Governor and the courts, you are required to wear a mask and maintain a social distance of 6-feet from others while in any of our facilities.
