No Commercial Usage 
The sales of goods, merchandise or services are not permitted on premises.  

Equipment 
Tables and chairs will be provided at user’s request, subject to availability.
   
No Smoking or Alcoholic Beverages 
Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere within the Pearson Community Center.

Setup and Cleanup
Setup and cleanup are the responsibility of the renter and should be conducted during the reservation times the renter request. Clark County reserves the right to bill for any damages or excess cleaning required due to renter use.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued-30 days or more prior to first day of use –100% |14 days prior to first day of use – 75%| Less than 14 days prior to first day of use – 50% No refunds after reservation date for no-show.
