Field Allocations Process - Drop Ins

We allocate our facilities for drop-ins based on availability. Drop-in reservations are booked on a month-to-month basis, on a first come, first serve basis, based on availability. Customers will be able to secure a field/court permit on an hourly basis.
Any customer reserving more than 6 reservations, to a maximum of 8 reservations in a calendar month will be required to show proof of liability insurance. Name of Insured must include the household member’s last name or an affiliation letter from the parent organization naming the individual household member.
- [[Monday-Thursday]] Reservations must be in the system by 10:00am the day of.
- Monday – Thursday reservations are limited to 2 time blocks.
- Time Block 1: 5p-7p or 5:15p-7:15p
- Time Block 2: 7:15p-9:15p or 7:30p-9:30p
- *Time block 2 allots a 15 minute buffer after time block 1*
- [2[Friday-Sunday]2] Reservations must be in the system by 10:00am on Thursday. Friday – Sunday reservations with a maximum of 3 hours for a drop in.
The fees for fields are $12 per hour, per field. There may be an additional light fee of $10 per hour, depending on the Maxicom Light Schedule and the reservation time. Fees for Sunset Park’s pickleball and tennis courts are $6/hour/court. The fees for Sunset Park’s volleyball/basketball courts are $10/hour/court
We recommend that you call for availability prior to coming into the office - we do not place fields on hold.
On “Drop-In Wednesdays,” the last Wednesday of the current month, we begin booking the following month. On “Drop-In Wednesdays”, due to high call volume, we will not be accepting walk-ins until all customers in the queue have been assisted. This may take up to 2 business days. We appreciate your patience.
