Anyone may purchase a copy of any document (official record) that has been recorded at the Clark County Recorder's Office. There are three ways to order copies of official documents:
1. Order Online (quickest and easiest)
2. In Person (follow instructions below)
3. Mail (follow instructions below)
1. Instructions for Ordering OnlineOrder Online
- Use the link above and sign up for an account
- Search for the record by parcel number (APN), instrument number, or name
- Add the document to cart (select "certified" when dialog box pops up, if applicable)
- Checkout
- Pay to complete order - the fees are $1 per page and $4 to certify per document (not per page), plus transaction fee*
Email Delivery: PDF is sent via email within 1-2 business days (Monday-Thursday)
Paper Delivery: Document(s) will be mailed via standard USPS mail at no additional cost
- Domestic Orders: please allow 7-10 business days for the ordered document(s) to be delivered
- International Orders: please allow up to 6 weeks for the ordered document(s) to be delivered
METHODS OF PAYMENT
- Credit or debit cards are the only excepted form of payment through the website
2. Instructions for Ordering a Copy in Person
To order a document copy in person, it is helpful and more expedient to know:
- The document book and instrument number
- The number of document pages
- Name(s) of party(ies) on the document, if applicable

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Personal checks and foreign money orders or cashier's checks are not accepted.
- Credit or debit cards (each transaction is charged a processing fee of 2% of the transaction total plus $1.25)
- Cash
- Money order payable in US Dollars from a US Bank or institution
- Cashier's check payable in US dollars from a US bank or institution
- Company checks
3. Instructions for Ordering via Mail:
- Download and print the Official Records Copy Order Form
- Complete the order form with the appropriate information
- Mail the completed order form and appropriate fees to the Clark County Recorder's Office

- Name(s) of party(ies) on the document, if applicable
