Map Team Overview
The Map Team reviews and approves all minor and major subdivision maps, boundary line adjustments, reversionary maps, certificate of amendments, monument tie map, separate documents (i.e. dedications and/or easements), Las Vegas Boulevard South Survey to determine needed dedication, administrative extension of time for vacation and abandonments, administrative vacation and abandonments, and processes vacation and abandonments for recordation. The Map Team ensures all land use, code and state law requirements have been satisfied as well as technical correctness of the map.
The Map Team processes and reviews all submittals digitally. Any required document submitted for review must meet the Map Team's file standards and follow specific file naming conventions. For more information, see Digital File Requirements.
