The following is a list of Clark County Social Services programs that do not consider legal U.S. residency status as a requirement for eligibility. Undocumented individuals may qualify for assistance through the programs listed below, provided they meet all other criteria for specific services.

End of Life Services (Burial and Cremation)
- Provides cremation or burial services for indigent individuals who pass away in Clark County.
Welfare Set Aside Program
- Offers emergency assistance for housing-related expenses for low-income households.
- Funds are designated specifically for rent, mortgage, and/or utility payments.
Fixed Income Rental Assistance
- Assists individuals/households on a fixed income who have been priced out of their housing due to a rent increase within the past 12 months and are now facing eviction.
- Support includes relocation assistance and securing a new affordable residence.
- Assistance is limited to a maximum of 12 months.
Eviction Prevention Rental Assistance
- Provides rental assistance to individuals/households currently facing eviction.
- Applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay rent moving forward.
- Assistance may cover up to five months of rent.
- Support may include relocation assistance and securing a new affordable residence.
Long Term Care and Supportive Care Settings
- Includes placement in nursing homes, adult group care, and adult day care settings.
- Supports individuals who, due to medical reasons, are unable to live independently.

HIV Services
- Clark County Social Services’ Office of HIV funds and oversees a network of providers who deliver services to HIV-infected and affected individuals.

CARE Teams
- Provide outreach, case management, and stabilization services for unhoused individuals, those at risk of homelessness, and other vulnerable populations in need of housing support.
- Collaborate with community partners including the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD), Clark County Detention Center (CCDC), Community Impact Court, and County departments such as Public Works and Code Enforcement.
- Services include housing navigation, crisis response, system coordination, resource connection, employment assistance, life skills development, and tenancy education.
