APPLICATION STEPS:

1.  OBTAIN A NEVADA STATE BUSINESS LICENSE
Prior to applying for a Clark County driver business license, all drivers must register and obtain a State Business License from the Secretary of State.
Note:  Clark County Business License will accept drivers registered with the Secretary of State as Limited Liability Companies for licensing as long as the individual driver(s) are listed as a member of the Limited Liability Company. The Clark County driver business license, however, will be issued in the name of the individual driver, not in the name of the Limited Liability Company.
