  • Must wear a facial covering or mask
  • A disposable pen will be issued to each customer needing to sign paperwork

Bring your patience, as safety will be the priority.

BEFORE YOU GO, PLEASE KNOW:

  • For couples obtaining a marriage license, you must apply online before visiting our office. As well, please note that:
    • Both people must be in attendance;
    • Both people must have government ID ready and available to present; and
    • A marriage license is good for one year; no refunds will be issued.
  • If you have a temperature over 99.9 degrees or have experienced symptoms of illness in the last 24 hours, please stay home.
  • You may want to come prepared with appropriate attire, water to drink and an umbrella for shade (depending on weather) as the line may be outside.

Marriage licenses may be obtained at our satellite offices in Henderson and Laughlin on a limited schedule, so please refer to our Contact Us for specific details.
