Approval for:
1) Special events with outdoor activities that have reasonable potential to release pollutants into the Clark County storm drain (including street gutters and storm channels)
2) The event necessitates a temporary connection to the wastewater collection system for the disposal of domestic or commercial wastewater, or it may have implications to the wastewater collection system. In other words, portable restrooms that may or may not be directly plumbed to the wastewater collection system.
