Fort Apache Rd - Blue Diamond Rd to Huntington Cove Pkwy

Construction on the Fort Apache Road project is set to begin on Monday, March 18th, 2024. Fort Apache Road (Phase 2) – from Blue Diamond Road to Huntington Cove and Pebble Road – from Fort Apache Road to Durango Drive and Presley Glen Avenue – from Fort Apache Road to and existing 1000 feet east. This project will widen Fort Apache to 2 lanes in each direction with buffered bike lanes and medians. Work will include excavation, new plantmix bituminous pavement, UTACS, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt paths, mill and overlay of existing pavement, construction of 2 new crossings for existing washes and storm drain infrastructure, ITS infrastructure, traffic signal modifications, new traffic signal at Fort Apache Road and Ford Avenue, street lighting, utility adjustments pavement markings, traffic signing, and associated improvements.

Jones Boulevard, CC215 - Tropicana Avenue

The project is located along Jones Boulevard from Clark County 215 (CC-215) to Tropicana Avenue. Improvements include road widening and pavement rehabilitation on Jones Boulevard. Additionally, there will be raised medians with left turn lanes at designated intersections, construction of ADA ramps, traffic signal modifications at existing signalized intersections, installation of ITS conduit and/or fiber optic, and utility adjustments.

Peace Way, Hualapai Way to Cimarron Road

This project will construct a bridge at Peace Way over Clark County 215 and provide roadway rehabilitation on Peace Way from Hualapai Way to Cimarron Road. The bridge will connect Peace Way at Fort Apache Road west of Clark County 215 and Chessie Court east of Clark County 215. The improvements generally consist of the bridge structure, pavement rehabilitation, curb and gutter, median, sidewalk, traffic signals, pavement markings, signing, street lighting, bridge lighting, bridge underdeck lighting, fencing, construction traffic control and other related work items. Additionally, a traffic signal will be constructed at Hualapai Way and Peace Way.
