Pursuant to Clark County Code—Chapter 16.06, a Clark County Public Works (CCPW) Special Event Permit is required to conduct an event when the activity impacts the normal flow of traffic of any public street or right-of-way within unincorporated Clark County. Public right-of-way includes sidewalks, medians, and trails. Each permit requires coordination with several County departments and outside agencies. The permits are issued to ensure that the County's infrastructure is protected and that traffic has minimal disruptions. https://main--clarkcountynv--aemsites.aem.page/assets/images/government/departments/public_works_department/2-fans-fat-photo-by-steve-marcus-t1000.jpg
